JAN. 5 Cook Out Store, 1501 Eastridge Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: no evidence of handwashing (both hand sinks are dry); temperature of cooked bacon on flat top pan is too low; temperatures of cheesecake and eggnog are elevated; time is not being tracked for chicken/cheese mix on the line; cardboard incorrectly lining several shelves; fryer cabinets, flat grill, back side of soda machine and wall under three-compartment sink are dirty; floors and floor drains are dirty; water is pooling in the storeroom and by the three-compartment sink.
