Barbara M. Keithly, of Henrico, age 82 passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. She was born to the late Wreford and Mary Meador on Wednesday, March 5, 1941. Barbara primarily worked as a hostess throughout her life. She volunteered as a Cub Scouts leader and also spent a great deal of time volunteering at West Richmond Church of the Brethren where she was a longtime member.
