A Henrico rider, Richard Tangard, will pedal in the 44th Pan-Mass Challenge across Massachusetts Aug. 5-6, along with more than 6,000 riders from around the globe. Riders and volunteers will travel from 43 states and 8 countries to participate in PMC Ride Weekend festivities in Massachusetts. Tangard will be one of 37 riders from Virginia.  The cyclists will come together for the bike-a-thon with the common goal of raising a record-breaking million for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
