The Henrico Board of Supervisors approved two contracts for transportation projects June 27, one to build sidewalks along Hungary Road and one to replace a Wilkinson Road bridge. The board awarded a 5,000 construction contract to M&F Concrete Inc. to build 3,700 feet of sidewalk along the north side of Hungary Road between Hardings Way Drive and Hungary Spring Road. Work will begin in July and last approximately 270 days.
