A half-dozen scholar athletes from Henrico high schools will be part of the inaugural class of Active Living Leadership (ALL Stars), which will kick off its 10-month program July 29. Sponsored by Sports Backers in partnership with the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the program will provide education, hands-on experiences, and mentorship to 20 ALL Star Student-Athletes, who were selected from a pool of 140 nominees. Through participation in both in-person and virtual educational opportunities during their senior year, the seniors will build long-lasting relationships and leadership skills while also earning ,500 scholarships.
