Four community organizations will sponsor a Henrico County Board of Supervisors candidates forum Thursday, Sept. 13, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Lipman Auditorium in the Massey Library Technology Center at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College, 1651 East Parham Road. The Sierra Club - Falls of the James Group, Henrico NAACP, Partnership for Smarter Growth and Henrico Conservation Action Network are sponsoring the event.
