Judy was born at MCV Hospital on November 13, 1954, to James and Evelyn Loving - as the 12th, and last, of their children. Four of her brothers and sisters - Dorothy Ham, Elenor Loving, Larry Loving (Donna), Leonard Loving and special sister-in law, Donna Loving- remain to cherish her memory. After graduating Varina High School, Judy got married and had three girls, Jennifer (Kelly), Jessica (Hunter), and Jaclyn.
