Henrico Recreation and Parks will host a Valentine’s dance on Friday, Feb. 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center. “Valentine Boogie With Your VIP” is for children ages six and older with an adult.
