Junior Moss Carter of Appomattox and Henrico, Virginia died peacefully on January 16th. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-nine years, Jane Robertson Carter. He is the son of the late James Moss Carter and Alpha Thomas Carter and the grandson of the late Doctor William Edward Carter and Margaret Ann Moss. He was preceded in death by brothers James Carter, Harold Carter and sister Viola Carter.
