The Virginia Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Commission has released its latest plan to address the challenges of dementia and improve care for those impacted. The Virginia Dementia State Plan 2024-2027: Building a Dementia-Capable Virginia lays out how the commonwealth can better support people and families impacted by the condition.
