DEC. 5 Cook Out Store, 1501 Eastridge Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperatures of hot dogs and eggnog are elevated; cups in dispenser are overfilled and are therefore unprotected; observed buildup on fryer cabinets; observed leak from above mop sink area; cove tile in walk-in is missing; there are bits of spray caulking on walls; floor drains near prep sink and three-compartment sink are dirty; lower wall of three-compartment sink is dirty.
