Naomi Davis of Henrico was named as one of 10 graduating seniors at Eastern Mennonite University to receive the 2021 Cords of Distinction. Davis will wear the blue and gold cords along with her other academic regalia during the Cords of Distinction ceremony and 2021 commencement walk. Faculty, staff and fellow students nominate recipients for their “significant and verifiable impact” on university and student life, community contributions, high academic and social standing, and embodiment of EMU values.
