The Henrico Citizen has hired Anna Bryson as its new full-time education reporter. Bryson, a Florida native, will join the Citizen in June. She has worked as a journalist in her home state for the The Daily Sun in Post Charlotte; the Sarasota Herald-Tribune; and the alternative weekly Creative Loafing in Tampa Bay. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she served as the news editor of The Crow’s Nest, the university’s student-run newspaper.
