U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger (D-7th District) will host an open public telephone town hall from 7:05 p.m. to 8:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 11 focused on Virginia’s efforts in dealing with COVID-19 and the next steps for the proposed American Rescue Plan Act in Congress.
