A multifamily housing development with as many as 365 units could be coming to Innsbrook, if the Henrico Board of Supervisors approves plans from Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Feb. 9. The company is seeking to rezone about 12.5 acres just west of the terminus of Waterfront Place, next to the Dominion Energy site, from O-3C (office district) to UMUC (urban mixed-use district).
