James Gillis is a certified Heart Math coach and the director of social programs for Integro. He was also a guest speaker at our Quantum Healing Collective gatherings. Once a hotel and restaurant manager he saw first hand the lack of love and compassion in people in today’s world. James had a deep desire to experience meaningful connections with people. After years of feeling unfulfilled and in the throes of addiction, James met a women who was a regular customer at his restaurant. She happen to be the founder of a company called Integro, who’s mission is to bring peace and love to the world one heart at a time. In this episode we discuss how using Heart Math, James was able to beat his addiction and become an integral part Integro. We cover a lot of cool ways Heart Math can help us to understand our emotions and begin to reprogram our default mode networks in our brains so that we can live our lives in the drivers seat.
