Our special guest, Heather Bruce, will share her personal experiences of having a child with special needs; her son, Karcher, has autism. Heather works for the Anchorage School District as a special education teacher assistant for the ACE Program (Alternative Community Education). She is also the sister of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, and we anticipate she will have much wisdom to share with us on our topic. Join us as we talk about autism and other news from around the country.
