Saving Veggies and Mushrooms Every 3rd Friday of the month we're going to save mushrooms and veggies sourced from high quality organic suppliers in estimated oversupply, to avoid food waste. Last time we had fresh Maitake(Grifola Frondosa), Oyster mushrooms(Pleurotus Ostreatus) and delicious supplies of organic vegetables. With incredible Lacinato kale and some cress that tasted so amazing, I had to share my excitement about where they come from and how awesome this opportunity is for anyone living in Zürich.
