If you want your church to grow, the leaders of your church have to grow. If each ministry and department is going to grow, then the volunteers that serve on each of those teams are going to have to grow as well. The quality of ministry you offer community is proportionate to the quality of staff, leaders, and volunteers serving on the teams within your church organization or business. But growing comes with pain. Progress has its price. But if what you are offering helps people and adds value to their lives, then the pain is worth the price.
