Meta and Jio Platforms have introduced the world's first end-to-end buying experience on WhatsApp. Using WhatsApp, consumers in India may shop at JioMart. Within the app, they may access and explore the JioMart food catalogue, add products to their basket, and finish the transaction by making a payment. Users may reach JioMart on WhatsApp by texting "Hi" to the JioMart number, which is +917977079770. JioMart customers on WhatsApp may make purchases using WhatsApp Pay, cash on delivery (COD), and other common payment options. This development follows the announcement by Reliance Jio that it will launch 5G services in India by October. By Diwali, the largest telecom provider in the country would have deployed 5G connectivity in cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Kolkata.
