Twitter Blue has been launched on Android at $11 per month. This means that the Android subscription price is in line with the iOS subscription price, and not $8 as previously speculated. It is worth noting that users who subscribe to Twitter Blue’s monthly subscription through a web browser will still only pay $8. This comes shortly after the company introduced a new yearly Blue subscription plan for $84. People who pay for Twitter Blue get things like the blue verification mark, the ability to upload videos for longer, and a higher ranking in conversation replies. There is also a thread reader, the ability to edit tweets, and icons and themes that can be changed. Twitter Blue is currently only available in six countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Also watch: Apple faces Twitter outrage over its low trade-in values
