Twitter is reportedly introducing payments on its platform and has begun applying for regulatory licences. This is part of Musk's plan to create a super all-in-one app, which will offer social networking, peer-to-peer payments, and e-commerce shopping. This move is also an attempt by Twitter to create new revenue streams, as it faces a decline in advertising income following Musk's takeover of the company.
