Katia has first-hand been using this power duo of research and games for the SIW project. The SIW - Socially Innovative Knowledge Work - project entailed researchers from Roskilde University, in collaboration with business and interest organisations, who investigated new developments in the labour market for knowledge workers and experimented with new forms of organisation. As a result of this project, 5 SIW serious games were created.
