My move to the US was not as smooth as I had expected. Being on a dependent visa for almost a year and not working was brutal for my self-confidence. Especially since I am someone who used to be a high performer in my previous job in India. Just when I thought I could finally return to working full-time, things turned for the worst. I had a harrowing experience with my very first employer in 2021. This challenge was so complex to get through that I had an epiphany that I can’t figure this out alone, and I could not waste any more time. If I wanted to move fast, I needed help!
So one day in December 2021, I decided to enroll in a career coach to resolve this matter. As soon as I started my journey with the coach, I could see lot of progress and learning. (Within 3 months, I got my first offer) This baffled me because I felt terrible that if I had met this coach sooner, it would save me lots of resources and stress. This experience of finding fast solutions to complex issues with the support of a coach completely changed my outlook on SUCCESS. I realized I don’t have to succeed all on my own; some people can help me become successful at a much faster pace because they have done it and have proven strategies to help many people like me.
I decided to continue using this coaching tool to help me succeed in my next set of goals! After I secured my job, I felt empty and wanted to achieve a goal from the vision board and immediately enrolled under a confidence coach, where I have overcome my limiting beliefs and reconciliation with the past, and many more. This journey of self-discovery and success is just getting started for me, but I wanted to bring you all along the next few milestones.
Many of my friends have asked me what this coaching is all about and how is it beneficial, I am sure you must wonder the same. That is when I realized that I needed to host coaches and experts from various fields in one space to make quick decisions. And that’s how this show was born!
