Spaghetti Works Restaurant downtown is officially closed.

Head to Triumph Park in Waukee for Trout Day. Bring the family for fishing and food Saturday. The city says the Iowa Department of Natural Resources will stock the pond with trout, and a few special fish will have a tag to redeem for great prizes!

Ankney is hosting a Youth Leadership Symposium for Students, grades 8-12 at Otter Creek Golf Course. The city says the symposium is a free event Saturday to help Ankeny's youth develop important leadership skills.

The Iowa Department of Transportation is hiring for the summer to help collect data on traffic patterns. Learn more about the Summer Traffic Count program.
