Long time no see!! Brewvies is back and as good as ever after some unforeseen absences. The dailies are in and we’re watching Thief! Our 42nd episode and third of the Michael Mann run, this is a well-loved film for both Blake and Kate. Having seen it manyyy times, they certainly have a lot to say. So, pour yourself a Chicago and hit play — Brewvies is back!

Ingredients

• 2 ounces brandy
• .25 ounce triple sec
• dash of aromatic bitters
• 1 ounce Champagne
• lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine brandy, triple sec and bitters with ice in a shaker.
2. Shake and strain into coupe.
3. Top with Champagne.
4. Garnish with lemon peel or slice.
5. Cheers!
