Today on the podcast, I continue the conversation about following our passions with Kat Dellinger.  The two passions we discuss today are hiking and photography.  Kat lives, works, and (mostly) plays in Western North Carolina.   She is married with two kids under the age of 10.  She is a Nurse Anesthetist, and her favorite case is open heart surgery.  Kat solo thru-hiked the John Muir Trail in 2016. She grew up in Florida and Hawaii, got her undergraduate at Florida State University, and her masters degree at the University of North Carolina.

Kat and I talk about her passions, and how she infuses the rest of her life with the positive energy she gets from following them.  We also talk about the value of female friendships, and the strength we can gain from sharing our passions with one another.
