In this special segment, I'm sharing my 3-step process for increasing responses from Hiring Teams. If all you're doing is applying to job postings and waiting on a response - you're depending on luck and chance, which is not a strategy.

There are on average 250 applications submitted to every Job Posting - and that is the pre-pandemic average, before the mass layoffs.

As someone who has worked in Recruitment, let me keep it real folks: no Recruiter on this planet is going to go through all 250 applications to find you.

And the Hiring Managers themselves? They definitely won't be - sourcing and recruiting is not their primary/core function.
