HAPPY NEW YEAR!! In this weeks episode Alyssa talks about mom guilt and covers a study that links mom guilt to internalized gender stereotypes. (It's more interesting than it sounds) After reading this study Alyssa sees how her own mom guilt could be the result of the very traditional gender roles that are at play in her own household.
