Loneliness is a state of mind that craves human contact but feels alone. This is how Sebastian Bohorquez felt after leaving Colombia to start a new life in the United Kingdom.
He was only 19 years old, beaten as a child by his mother, and now miles from home trying to find someone to give him the love he needed. But this only led to more hurt when a partner cheated on him.
Sebastian joins me in this week's episode to talk about how he changed his situation and is now using his pain to help others deal with stress in their lives.
