What makes a good leader? How important is confidence in leadership?
Can you be caring and vulnerable at the same time as being a strong leader?

This week I am discussing these questions with someone who I have worked with and regard as a great leader. Why? Because he has your back, he cares about your life and he wants you to succeed.

We also talk about mindset and how to make the unrealistic become possible just by believing in yourself.
