Social media is a wonderful and fun tool that isn't going away anytime soon, but that doesn't mean we have to be addicted to scrolling for three, four, six hours a day or more.

In our second episode, we talk to a 26-year old named Aaron who left social media two years ago. If he doesn't use Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat anymore, what does he do all day? He also gives advice to those of us who wish to cut back on our screen time.

Is there a way we, as humans, can have a healthy relationship to social media? In this podcast, I'm on the journey to find out while taking a six-week hiatus from my personal social accounts. While I learn, I'll be having conversations with experts, as well every-day people I know. A huge goal of mine? Get them each to take a three day detox from social media & report back the results on the show.
