A year ago, Dr. Bryn Alcott arrived in Antarctica to study the cosmos with some close coworkers. Upon learning that McMurdo Station is home to a ham radio, Bryn (an amateur radio operator with their own vanity call sign) decided to spend the year broadcasting from their adventure away from home. Antarctica is lovely and the people Bryn meets are lovelier still, but there is something not quite right in the southernmost landmass on Earth…
