Atlantic City is betting that its latest openings and experiences will make Shore getaways extra memorable this season.

From oceanfront cocktails to indulgent brunches to exciting new dining, the city is giving visitors plenty of reasons to stay and play.

New places for noshes & nipsCaesars Beach Club, which opened this summer, brings a resort-style atmosphere to the beachfront. The open-to-the-public club pairs ocean views with coastal fare, handcrafted cocktails, live DJs and a variety of seating options, from casual lounges to private VIP cabanas.

At Resorts Casino Hotel‘s MAYA, an outdoor cocktail lounge overlooks the Boardwalk. Drawing on the relaxed aesthetic of Tulum, the open-air restaurant pairs tropical cocktails with small plates, such as ancho-braised beef tacos, in a setting that transitions seamlessly from sunny afternoons to lively evenings.

Photo: Courtesy of MAYAAt Bally’s Beach Bar, you’ll find a DJ spinning as cocktails and margaritas flow. Happy hour runs from 11 am to 1 pm, and again from 5 to 9 pm. Sunday brunch also gets an upgrade at Capriccio inside Resorts Casino Hotel; the Italian eatery now hosts Bubbles & Brunch on Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm, with gourmet pastries, made-to-order omelettes, eggs Benedict, prime sirloin and more.

Dishes include coal-fired butter chicken and pastooni lobster masala.

Things to see & doFor entertainment, do not miss Spiegelworld’s The Hook at Caesars. It delivers an adults-only spectacle that blends comedy, acrobatics and theatrical flair. The fast-paced, cabaret-style production has become one of the city’s most talked-about shows, offering a memorable alternative to a traditional night out. The show is anchors away come September!

For midweek fun every Tuesday evening through September, singer/songwriter and bandleader Dave Damiani and The No Vacancy Orchestra are, along with a host of other artists, bringing free concerts—with music ranging from the Great American Songbook to Motown—to the Boardwalk’s Kennedy Plaza. Bring your own chair and rock out!

For parents, the resort has added an expanded adults-only area to Island Waterpark, with new lounges and more cabana spaces for a resort-style experience. The property has also introduced two new culinary options: Eclair, a French-inspired pastry and confections bistro, andBlissful Bubbles Café, a beverage shop specializing in milk teas, fancy fruit teas and casual eats. If you’re staying over, the hotel has renovated two new floors of guest rooms in the New Orleans Tower, outfitted with new furnishings, refurbished baths, upgraded electronic features and, in many, ocean views.
