High-Road Thinking for the win every time! There are people in this world who like drama, stress, and confrontation along with foolery and foolishness in all aspects of their lives. These folks are often tyrants, bullies and full of negativity; and there is no place for this behavior in the workplace or any place for that matter. It is up to us to know how to handle these folks in a dignified and strategic way. High-road thinking allows us to be kind, calm, cool, and collected. Peace is always the better and best option. Always allow your character to shine brighter than the negativity.
