Ollie talks about where NXT GEN will be posting their jobs, why we have chosen to use this as our recruitment platform and why its time for you guys to head over to the site and create a shiny new profile! (If you havent already)
Historically, motorsport recruitment agencies and teams tended to avoid using linkedin when looking for new staff. Often preferring the direct approach from people applying directly on their websites. However, as the industry evolves and the skill sets required are becoming more and more niche, teams are now becoming more and more common place on the job hunting social media platform. Ollie gives you advise on how to setup a standout profile and what you can do to get ahead of the curve.
