The idea that you could make a difference in someone's life because you were able to help them learn something is absolutely a characteristic of having a winning mindset. 

Here are some ways in which you can help others learn:**

• Understand the learner
  • Understand their learning styles and preferences
• Keep it simple
• Make it fun
• Encourage questions
  • This is done by providing an environment that encourages questions
• Provide feedback
