ADAPT are launching a new podcast for people with lived experience to tell their stories and talk about their road to recovery. This podcast is named "Stand Up Eight" from the motivational Japanese proverb "fall down seven times, stand up eight". Episode one is with Freddie Patterson who has recently begun the Addiction Workers training Programme and is doing his practical placement with ADAPT.
