Hey look, you made it! I am so glad you’re here and I hope you stay.  Welcome to Family In Progress, I am your host Samantha Berry.  This is the first episode in our Adoption/ Foster Awareness series.  During this series we will hear from several families in our community as I invite them to share their journey on building a family. We will also cover some listener topics like self care, statistics in KY, and other various encouraging ideas.

In this episode we're going to break down what this podcast is all about.  I want this to be fun, uplifting, and something to get you engaged.  I am joined by  FEC Staff members and interns  as I  host a roundtable discussion of our vision. We hope to bring some awareness to adoption/foster needs, the needs of families, and the need of supportive communities.  We know that not everyone can adopt or foster, but it is our vision that everyone can do something.
