Beautiful, world-traveled, vibrant Peggy was the focus of countless society page articles and the "It Girl" of 1940's Atlanta with a handsome husband and young son. So you can imagine Atlanta's surprise when the It Girl was found washed up in Peachtree Creek. Poor Peggy.
