There’s absolutely no need to be pressurised to be in a relationship. If you haven’t found someone you can enjoy every moment with, calm down if your age permits it. You’re less than 25 and you’re bothered about relationships, really? If you’ve found a good person, good for you. If you’ve not, it’s fine.

Benjamin and 3 of his friends talked about the rush into relationships, which, in most cases leads to unhealthy and toxic relationships. They also debated on the question “ is being single a flex?”

We’ve been hearing the saying “The pressure is getting worser”. The pressure is actually getting worser, especially with the youth.

On this episode, I invited Deborah and David aka Banky to come and talk with us. And they said a lot of meaningful things and also their opinion.

David shared a story of his trials to be in relationships and how it affected him. He also shared the way the pressure of seeing others in relationships affected him, although he’s doing very fine and he’s focused on his life at the moment.

Deborah kicked of with a story of another “wicked Lagos man”. An unbelievable story. She also spilled us tea about the end of her long distance relationship which she shared here on the episode “short or long distance, Na everybody go chop breakfast”.

Shut up, you’re a man. Man up, stop crying men don’t cry , you can’t be sad , you can’t be scared you are a man. These are the things all men were told while growing up.

On this episode, I have Joba and Fome with me and we talk about ‘Men And Sharing Emotions’.

We talked about why it is difficult for men to share their emotions. Joba said the society is the No1 factor why men do not show emotions. He also said the origin of Toxic masculinity was from the era of wars.

Then we talk more on Toxic masculinity. Fome said the word “Toxic” has been misused in recent years mostly by girls. Joba made it clear that most Men tagged Toxic are not actually Toxic. The society says they want to hear the truth but they won’t accept the truth.

Then we talked about men sharing emotions in their relationship. All the little misunderstandings that happen due to women not understanding men’s emotions.

What are you dating for ? A lot of teenagers, youths and even some adults just jump ships , from one relationship to another without any aim whatsoever. If you’re well developed personally, you are supposed to know what you’re dating for.

On this episode, Victoria, Ella and of course the host Benjamin had a round table discussion where there was arguments, vibe , disagreements, table shaking and much to learn. We kicked of from the highlight of the Exclusive taking stage topic which was the “ whenever it ends it ends “ conversation. We argued a bit more about it being proper and best for ones mental health when going into a relationship. Although there was no agreeing point, there were a lot of things that might be helpful.

We then we switched to the main topic , “What are you dating for ?” . Victoria, Ella and Benjamin said what they are dating for. And they also learnt from each other.

Basically, this episode consists of arguments , vibe and lectures. Listen and enjoy

Love at first sight is an overwhelming sensation that feels like love but is a fairytale that is almost impossible, yet some people believe in it and some do not.

On this episode I had Fisola and Fome as my guests. Fisola believes there’s love at first sight while Fome doesn’t.

They both argued on the topic and took the show away from the host , which is a good thing. Fisola tried to twist the head of the host into believing there’s love at first sight but Fome did a good job not making the host fall for it. Good balance yeah.

They didn’t arrive at an agreement which is expected but they did say a lot of meaningful points and scenarios. You should listen and enjoy the episode.

This special episode is a Blind date. This blind date is a social experiment examining the possibility of forming and creating a bound or connection between two different people ( different gender), who do not know each other from Adam!.

On this episode, I had confidence and korede set up for a blind date. They didn’t even know each other’s name until the date.

They had 15 minutes to get to connect and vibe, with two life lines ( sneak a pic and skip a question)

They started the date on a slow and wired pace which is normal , they do not know each other , they went on with the date and they started vibing and getting to know each other.

When the date time was up , they didn’t want to stop, I asked them if they felt any connection and if they wanted to meet up after the date. Listen and enjoy the episode and get to know if they will meet or not.

An open relationship has been accepted as normal in the society but yet still uncommon or rather people have not been really comfortable sharing the definition of their relationship.

Musty story is a very interesting one and he left a warning “ you’ll think you can handle it until you get into it”.

On this episode, Benjamin the host went solo. I talked about lack of contentment in my relationship and how it affected me when I realised.

It went in an anticlimax kind of story telling, from how my first breakfast (breakup) lead to series and couple of situationships and fall out to the relationship where I wasn’t contented. Then later realising my lack of contentment after months of self growth and development.

I also talked about the pain I felt and how I was hunted by it. It was a very interesting story with much to learn from.

It’s not a new saying that men are the most likely to cheat, now the rate is almost even between both genders.

On this episode I had Victor and Shalom as my guests. Wonderful people with different point of views or similar in some cases.

They both shared their opinion on the above topic. Why do we cheat ?, this is practically a rhetorical question. There’s no perfect answer to it.

My guest and I answered to some situations where people cheat in their relationships. The point where men starts cheating , the moment when the butterflies fades away in a woman. Many more questions were asked and answered on the episode.

On this episode, I had a double host thing. It was me(Benjamin) and my best friend Ella .

My best friend and I have been together for almost 4 years now and have been very genuine in our relationship, we’ve had to endure some difficult moments also.

Maintaining a good best friend relationship with an opposite gender is a beautiful and an interesting thing , but our society doesn’t want it.

It’s a great feeling for me and Ella to have proved society with all their theories wrong till this day. You deserve a best friend, same gender or opposite gender. Don’t listen to them and you’ll make more progress.

We sent a broadcast message to people and they asked use questions about how we’ve made it this far and how we maintain our relationship properly. You should listen to this episode and get convinced even if it’s a little. Society is not always right. Enjoy the episode

Societal pressure is inevitable, but it punishes a lot of youths, especially men.

On this episode, I had a round table talk with joba , semilore and kayode on “men and societal pressure and expectations “

The pressure on men has been consistent almost from the beginning of humanity. And it’s very hard for us(men).

I decided to talk on this topic with these guys and we had a lot of fun talking about this topic. Answering different questions the way we seem to understand it.

We talked about how financial pressure has been more emphasised. We also talked about family and friends being the “society”. Yes family , you’ll understand better when you listen to the podcast.

It was a long distance relationship, and she talked about how she took the risk of trying it out.

This episode was definitely fun. I was very interested in what she had to to say about long distance relationship. I mean it’s an attractive topic.

I think the world had a view of long distance relationship being dangerous but she said and I quote “ short, long or medium, we will all receive breakfast”.

That sentence change my mind to be honest, I’m sure it will also change your narrative about long distance relationship.

She gave some red flags to be considered going into a long distance relationship.

What do women what ? This can be referred to as the question of the century. Women, very complicated and difficult set of human to understand.

Personally I do not know what women want. But different women have different wants.

On this episode, I interviewed Victoria Horace. She talked briefly about her relationship status.

She said a lot of different things about what she wants as a woman.

She was also very considerate with men when mentioning some things. I was quite surprised, maybe you might not be surprised when you listen.

It’s a different thing to know what your woman wants and it’s another different thing to act upon what she wants. But will she be satisfied?

All these and many more were discussed on this episode. Personally I like the episode, because I finally get to listen to a woman saying what she actually wants. You should also listen to Victoria and enjoy the episode.

This weeks episode is “meet ashawo aidex “😂, I invited Samuel (aidex)

It was an interview on his former relationship and how it was like , how his partner then didn’t reciprocate the same energy he gave. “She wanted to be treated like a queen, but didn’t want to treat me like a king” (his words).

He also spoke on how she felt entitled. Being more demanding than grateful.

He also spoke on the benefits of being single, and how breaking up with his partner then actually helped him to visualise himself and be better.

He also spoke about the way he tried to be in a relationship back. Once an ashawo is always an ashawo 😂😂.

He was very fun to interact with.listen to the full episode to enjoy

After breakfast Like we all know , breakfast is a common term used in Nigeria for breakup. Everyone eventually collects breakfast, as a popular saying “breakfast na national cake”😂.

Well on this episode I was joined with Iyanu and mayowa. My guests gave their views on what breakfast means.

Based on our little personal experience or what they have witnessed from people’s broken relationships, we gave our ideas on what to do after a breakup and what not to do. Also , how to heal without spoiling the healing process.

Being single is not a disease or a bad thing, they are a lot of benefits of being single actually. We stated some benefits of being single.

We are not experts or counsellors, we are just speaking based on experiences. Nothing is better than listened to people’s experiences to help navigate where you might have gotten it wrong.

Mumu Button , you’ll be thinking what kind of topic is this. But this topic is very attractive and fun to talk about. The term mumu button is common among Nigerian youths and teenagers. It’s a soft spot for a person that makes the person compromise his or her usual standards.

Is mumu button just a soft spot or it can also be a person itself?. I was joined by two spectacular guests of mine and we talked about a lot including mumu button being a person.

We laughed and had fun talking about this topic. The guest gave their personal experience on the topic .
