Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi is out of studio this week, so Director of Community Services for the City and County of Honolulu Anton Krucky joins Rick Hamada this morning. Anton starts things off talking about the mayor's town hall meetings and answers some of the questions left from last week. Lots of phone calls this morning too, including questions about electric vehicle infrastructure challenges, a homeless encampment in Makiki that needs attention, and general homeless concerns in neighborhoods.
