Ruth Hiller, from Boulder, Colorado, is a Multifamily investor and syndicator at YESMF. Ruth is currently a limited and general partner in over 15 multifamily deals totaling 2800 apartment units across 6 states. She comes from 3 generations of multifamily owners and furthered her education by joining a multifamily mentoring group. Her BFA in design and packaging has given her a foundation for creativity in the business world. After pivoting from a successful art career into multifamily real estate, Ruth’s passion is to help women grow wealth and passive income through multifamily investing.
