About Adam

In 2017 Adam started his first short term rental, shortly after getting his BS in Computer Science. At that time he was a software engineer in Northern California. Since then, he has grown his portfolio to 20 units and broadened his investment strategy, working continuously to expand the scope of his knowledge and his investment acumen.

Adam brings his engineering mindset to investing, utilizing his strong analytical background in underwriting deals, managing active deals, and helping investors analyze their portfolios.

Adam owns an STR management company, has managed 3 successful oil syndications as well, and an STR Fund based on his success in the STR field.
