Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in South Jersey. He Co-Owns a property management company with 800 doors, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rural and affordable housing. Mike also owns a construction and maintenance company, Side By Side MRO, which specializes in pre-1940 construction. As the ultimate house hack, Mike owns a livestock farm where spends his free time.
