On today’s episode I’m interviewing Andy Brownhill. Andy is a professional rugby coach, and more specifically a pathway coach for Scotland and for Gloucester Rugby.  I’m incredibly grateful for the time Andy spent with me and for how transparent he is as a person. In our conversation we discuss:

·      Why he got into rugby after playing football

·      How he mentors youth players

·      Understanding the background and family life of a player

·      Which age group he enjoys working with the most

·      What youth players need more of from leaders

·      And what he wants to improve on as a coach
