Grains were higher with cotton limit up on news China may relax its COVID policy.  Southern Hemisphere news was also supportive including the election protest in Brazil.  Cattle continue to consolidate ahead of the Fed decision.  Michelle Rook is joined by John Payne of Hedge Point Global Markets.
