When a court order establishes one person to have a custody and the other none, it does not suggest things have settled. There can be interference from the custodial parent. The custodial parent can decide to change schedule of activities with children. The changed schedule can disrupt the other parent's parenting time. A custodial parent can arrange activities in the exact time the other parent is to have the kids. And then tells the kids they can't go because it is the other parent's day with them. This is an awful way to ruin the children's day and the other parent. It is a form of custodial interference. It should be brought to the attention of the court. You need to talk to your attorney to allow the court to take action on the interference.
