What if somebody committed a crime and they're on parole? Parolees have duties. Can parenting time order get around parole condition?  A parolee needs to report to his parole officer on a regular basis. Violating a parole to see your child is going to get you in jail. The best approach to this is to find a way to coordinate. Certain factors will obviously come to play. If your crime has to do with abuse or neglect of a child, you may not get sympathy for your parenting time. If you are known to be a family type person the court and your parole officer may accommodate your need for parenting time.
