People get divorced. Wife has custody. Both parents have parenting time. One can have it this weekend and the other parent gets the other. There will be times the other parent has plans and the co-parent agrees to a swap. Some parents may deliberately schedule activities that ruin the other parent's parenting time. One parent will schedule a trip to Disneyland when the child is supposed to be with the other parent. Or the parent tells the child that she can't go because it's the other parent's time. That is bad faith. It is wicked. It is despicable. It is disrespectful to the child and the other parent. It ruins the parenting schedule and makes the child feel awful. Reach out to your lawyer and file a motion. You can have the other parent held in contempt for such despicable behavior.
